Bio

Hello there,

I am a wife, mom of three, returning college student, and future social worker. After stepping away from college in 2010, I spent years raising my family and working before deciding in 2024 that it was time to return to school.

I earned my Associate of Arts in 2025 and am now pursuing my Bachelor of Social Work. My goal is to eventually earn my MSW and become a high school social worker.

My own experience with dyslexia and the encouragement I received from a high school social worker had a lasting impact on me. Today, I work in a middle school, where I get to see firsthand how much students can benefit from having someone in their corner. I hope to be that person for others someday.

I believe it is never too late to change direction, chase a dream, and make a difference.
