Hello and welcome. I am glad you have found 7cups and hope you find it useful.
My name is Jake and i am an active listener. I am a strong believer in the CBT ( Cognitive Behavior Therapy ) approach and will use my knowledge of CBT to help you alter the way you see things and help you to understand your emotions and how to overcome them.
I have also suffered from spells of Anxiety and Depression in the past, as well as delt with issues such as LGBT and family problems, so i know how important it is to have someone to talk too.
