...See more Finch Self Care Widget Stumbled upon the Finch Self Care Widget (Apple store, free). It’s my favorite goal tracker but admittedly a little dorky. Completing goals and self-care or self-love tasks allow you to raise your own baby bird. Your finch helps to create goals and by check them off the list through the day/week/month. Features a lot of cute options for your finch, and quality content in a variety of forms (goals, tasks, journaling, etc). I like it because there’s no pressure, and when I complete a daily task, it’s fun to check it off the list in the app, giving your finch places to travel, new housing items, other silly stuff. The little bird keeps me accountable:)
