...See more i am trained in peer support in the united states and do that part time. I Feel like this site is well done, with good intentions and am happy to be a member. Having said that, having gone through many hours and role playing and such, i think its way to easy to be a listener. I understand that people want to help and be heard and shared but being a listener isn't for everyone and actually requires self awareness and skills that come up only upon self reflection and role plays and experience in my view. I am happy such a forum does exist though. I would also add that the addition of a PTSD or Trauma and Bipolor, I find those missing as a unique piece to mental health that many might come here seeking assistance with. Overall my experience has been okay. Thank You.
