...See more Hey guys, not sure this is the right forum to post this, but... I caught this post today on Buzzfeed, and it has some suggestion on apps that might help deal with anxiety and other issues: http://www.buzzfeed.com/ariannarebolini/amazing-apps-for-anyone-living-with-anxiety I was just wondering if anyone knows about these and would suggest/recommend any of them. Some of them are free and maybe they would make excellent tools for managing an assortment of issues, but I don't want to get into it without some feedback from people I can trust know what they are talking about. Please let me know, and thanks in advance :)
