...See more I just lost an eight year relationship that meant the world to me. We're going to stay best friends, but we're not going to talk for a while to give ourselves a break and time to heal. I'm only 26, and this feels world-ending and devastating. Hindsight is 20/20 and I should have known that this was going to end with the way we started, and how young we got married, and the way we didn't know what we wanted before we got married, I just... it hurts. It hurts a lot. It's only been a few days at this point, and it already feels hopeless.
