Navigating through my own journey of mental health and everyday life struggles, so I understand the need for nonjudgemental and healing type of convos. Being alone through all of it can seem even lonelier. Kaibigan means friend in filipino. I am here to listen, be of service, and be a friend in a time where one is needed most.
