...See more I used to feel empty inside me. I didn’t have friends to talk with. I used to detox myself from using the phone and so many addictive tools. I used to struggle with sexual behavior, but after discovering the NoFap community, it helped me a lot during this year. Sometimes, when I went outside, I saw so many people men and women around the same age as me or from the same generation. Those people struggled with drugs and had many bad problems in their lives, but they still seemed at least happy or in good health. On the opposite side, I am a man who hasn’t struggled with deep addiction, but I seem weak, and I am very thin. I feel like I don’t have desires to do anything outdoors; even when I have money, I just put it away without caring about what I want or what to buy. I’m sharing this feeling because I still believe that there’s a solution to any problem. I am certain that I’m depressed, but I also know this is just a period and it will pass. Another thing I struggle with is anxiety I feel tired all day. I used to take medication and visit doctors, but it helped only for a short time. And when I put my head on the bed, I still have overthinking and problems sleeping.
