...See more i think i’m developing anorexia and i’m struggling hard, ive never been happier with my weight and thats what’s holding me back. i’m so afraid to eat everything and i’m always so tired and i have no energy. i’m in cheer right now and it’s horrible right now because i can’t focus on anything

...See more hey this is my first time using this so i don’t really know how to work it but this group looks like what i need, i’ve been on a diet for a while and though i like to think i still have a healthy relationship with food, sometimes it doubts me. i find myself binging every two weeks or so and i’m so grateful for that because it used to be every couple days but i have no idea how to stop it. it gets me so upset every time i’m doing so good and i’m losing the weight i need to lose and then i put it all at jeopardy. i have a good understanding in eating disorders and i’m not stupid but i have been worrying about my next binge lately because at this point it feels like i can’t control it. someone please tell me how to control the urges
