I'm hopefully back for good this time!

All is well and hopefully always will be. Thank you guys for supporting me during this difficult journey. It's now time to give back for all those help y'all have given me all these years. <3

"A pearl is a beautiful thing that is produced by an injured life. It is the tear [that results] from the injury of the oyster. The treasure of our being in this world is also produced by an injured life. If we had not been wounded, if we had not been injured, then we will not produce the pearl."

— Stephan Hoeller

I've gone through my hardships and depression phase. I've gone through sexual abuse for 4 years, and I've gotten out of the darkness with the help from other people. If I can do it why can't you.  I've ran away from home, I've faced chronic depression and I've been even close to committing suicide. Hey know that you're not alone. Okay?.

Pinky swear?
So let me tell you this , If you have any problem,
I'm there for you, Any Time, Any Place,I'll Be there

So you now know that if I can do it, you definitely can!.  Talk to me and perhaps I can guide you just like others who guided me in my times of peril.  😊
Only those with skin as thick as elephant hide can hope to sail through their teens unscathed by self-doubt and bouts of depression.

If you don't think your anxiety, depression, sadness and stress impact your physical health, think again. All of these emotions trigger chemical reactions in your body, which can lead to inflammation and a weakened immune system. Learn how to cope, sweet friend. There will always be dark days. That's the thing about depression: A human being can survive almost anything, as long as she sees the end in sight. But depression is so insidious, and it compounds daily, that it's impossible to ever see the end. The fog is like a cage without a key. Some days, 24 hours is too much to stay put in, so I take the day hour by hour, moment by moment. I break the task, the challenge, the fear into small, bite-size pieces. I can handle a piece of fear, depression, anger, pain, sadness, loneliness, illness. I actually put my hands up to my face, one next to each eye, like blinders on a horse.

I think one thing is that anybody who's had to contend with mental illness - whether it's depression, bipolar illness or severe anxiety, whatever - actually has a fair amount of resilience in the sense that they've had to deal with suffering already, personal suffering. II am one of millions who have been treated for depression and gotten well; I was lucky enough to have a psychiatrist well versed in using lithium and knowledgeable about my illness, and who was also an excellent psychotherapist.

Due to a high number of personal requests and the fact that I am only human, I might not be able to accept everyone of them. So feel free to contact me in advance by using the link below:

...See more When you're feeling anxious or stressed, these strategies will help you cope: Take a time-out. Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, get a massage, or learn relaxation techniques. Stepping back from the problem helps clear your head. Eat well-balanced meals. Do not skip any meals. Do keep healthful, energy-boosting snacks on hand. Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks. Get enough sleep. When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest. Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health. Check out the fitness tips below. Take deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly. Count to 10 slowly. Repeat, and count to 20 if necessary. Do your best. Instead of aiming for perfection, which isn't possible, be proud of however close you get. Accept that you cannot control everything. Put your stress in perspective: Is it really as bad as you think? Welcome humor. A good laugh goes a long way. Maintain a positive attitude. Make an effort to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Get involved. Volunteer or find another way to be active in your community, which creates a support network and gives you a break from everyday stress. Learn what triggers your anxiety. Is it work, family, school, or something else you can identify? Write in a journal when youre feeling stressed or anxious, and look for a pattern. Talk to someone. Tell friends and family youre feeling overwhelmed, and let them know how they can help you. Talk to a physician or therapist for professional help or you can talk to me :) For me sometimes excercise also helps. Here are some pro tips: For the biggest benefits of exercise, try to include at least 2 hours of moderate-intensity physical activity (e.g. brisk walking) each week, 1 hours of a vigorous-intensity activity (such as jogging or swimming laps), or a combination of the two. 5 X 30: Jog, walk, bike, or dance three to five times a week for 30 minutes. Set small daily goals and aim for daily consistency rather than perfect workouts. It's better to walk every day for 15-20 minutes than to wait until the weekend for a three-hour fitness marathon. Lots of scientific data suggests that frequency is most important. Find forms of exercise that are fun or enjoyable. Extroverted people often like classes and group activities. People who are more introverted often prefer solo pursuits. Distract yourself with an iPod or other portable media player to download audiobooks, podcasts, or music. Many people find its more fun to exercise while listening to something they enjoy. Recruit an exercise buddy. It's often easier to stick to your exercise routine when you have to stay committed to a friend, partner, or colleague. Be patient when you start a new exercise program. Most sedentary people require about four to eight weeks to feel coordinated and sufficiently in shape so that exercise feels easier.
Some "Cheer me up"

...See more Sometimes its just not your day or your week, and all of lifes daily obstacles—the problems that you usually handle without blinking an eye—seem to have the power to drive a dagger into your heart and make you want to give up on everything. Everyone feels vulnerable, sad, and lonely from time to time but if you know how to cheer yourself up, then youll get through many of those tough moments just fine. In fact, youll learn to appreciate the sad moments because when you experience them, you know youre alive and life has both ups and downs. Thats what makes life so great. These are my personal "Cheer Me Up" ideas. 1. Breathe Take five minutes and consciously breathe. Count your breaths, inhale and exhale. When you focus on breathing, you will notice that you become more relaxed and your worries and troubles melt away. 2. Take a long walk Even if you have big troubles, usually a long walk through a scenic environment like a forest, park or mountain will take your mind off your worries. Nature is beautiful. Let it soothe you. 3. Watch an episode of Friends I have probably watched every episode of Friends, the sitcom series from a few years ago, ten times and it always gets a smile on my face. Feeling down? Just watch an episode or two and your mood will lift. 4. Listen to Arnold Schwarzenegger Just Google Arnold Schwarzenegger switchboard and youll see what I mean. Its an online switchboard with recorded clips from Arnold and his awesome accent. Guaranteed to make you feel better! 5. Browse Saying Images Since I found this site [http://www.sayingimages.com/]. Ive been in love with it. No essays or articles, just unique and original pictures with a message. Very cool. 6. Pig out on ice-cream Stuffing yourself with your favorite flavor of ice-cream always does wonders. It might not be healthy, and it might not be a solution, but damn, it tastes good—and makes you feel better! 7. Play with a dog Dogs never seem to have big troubles. They are always energetic and up for fun. Ask someone who has a dog if you can borrow it for a couple of hours, or the day, and take your new best friend for a run. 8. Take a bubble bath Draw a nice warm bath full of bubbles and bath salts. Relax and soak your troubles in the water—and leave them behind when you get out. 9. Paint Get a canvas or a wall or something that you can paint on, and let your emotions flow. Let the paintbrush and colors flow freely and your mood will lift. 10. Sing You may not be in the mood to sing, because generally people only sing when they are happy. But put on your favorite song and sing along. You will begin to feel better, and it might even change your mood completely! 11. Create something I mentioned painting earlier, but you can do anything you want. Pottery, drawings, carpentry, paper-mache, a song, and Lego are just a few ideas. Be artistic and just make something with your own two hands! 12. Make a list Get a pen and paper and make a list of something. It can be a list of why life is awesome, a list of goals you want to achieve, a list of your favorite things in the world … you name it. 13. Bake a cake Even if you never bake, baking a cake once in a blue moon can be fun. It can be cool to whip up all the ingredients and create something delicious—especially when you are feeling a little down. And you can devour it to make you feel even better (or at least get a sugar rush…)! 14. Enjoy friends, food, and movies Ask your best friends to come over for the night, get some good movies and great food, and just hang out. You dont even have to say anything to each other—just enjoy the movies, food, and each others company. 15. Buy yourself flowers A fresh bouquet of beautiful flowers always cheers me up. They smell amazing and look so pretty. I can often notice a big lift in my mood when I have flower in front of me for a few hours. 16. Blow bubbles Its so simple, and yet so fascinating. Dip the little stick in the soapy water and blow on it to make a bubble that floats through the air. See how effortlessly it floats and let that take your mind off whatever is bothering you. 17. Happiness comes from within Even though many of these suggestions will cheer you up and put you in a better mood, true happiness comes from within. The only person who can ultimately make you happy is you.

...See more The secret of joy is the mastery of pain. ~ Anais Nin I was depressed for quite a long time I call these days zombie days. Ill just completely shut down and desperately look for ways to distract myself from my feelings. I suspect we all have zombie days from time to time. I think its important to give ourselves permission to not always be happy, but there are also simple ways to improve our mood when were feeling down. Everybody is different, and everybody has different ways of dealing with pain, but if youre looking for suggestions, you may find these helpful: 1. Step back and self-reflect. Whenever I start feeling depressed, I try to stop, reflect, and get to the root of my feelings. 2. Reach out to someone. I used to bottle up my feelings out of f [http://tinybuddha.com/blog/do-you-judge-the-person-you-used-to-be/]ear that i would be judged if I talked about them. Ive since learned that reaching out to a loving, understanding person is one of the best things I can do. 3. Listen to music. Music can heal, put you in a better mood, make you feel less alone, or take you on a mental journey. 4. Cuddle or play with pets. I have really sweet and happy dogs that are always quick to shower me with love whenever they see me. Spending quality time with your pet can instantly make your heart and soul feel better. 5. Go for a walk. Walking always helps me clear my head and shed negative energy. Its especially therapeutic if you choose to walk at a scenic location. 6. Drink something healthy and reinvigorating. For some reason, orange juice always puts me in a better mood and makes me feel revitalized and serene. There are many health and mood benefits of drinking orange juice and other fruit juices. 7. Write. Writing is usually the first thing I do when Im feeling down. It always helps me get my thoughts and feelings out in front of me. 8. Take a nap. Sometimes we just need to recharge. I always feel better after getting some rest. 9. Plan a fun activity. Moping around never helps me feel any better, so it usually helps to plan something fun to do if Im feeling up to it. It can be something as simple as creating my own vision board or something as big as planning a trip. 10. Do something spontaneous. Some of my favorite memories entail choices I made spontaneously. We should all learn to let go of routine every now and then and do something exciting and unplanned. 11. Prioritize. Sometimes I feel depressed when my priorities are out of balance. I try to make sure Im giving a fair amount of attention to all the priorities in my life, such as work, relationships, health, and personal happiness. 12. Look through old photographs or snap some new ones. Sorting through old memories or capturing new ones usually puts a smile on my face. 13. Hug someone. I am definitely a hugger. Hugs are such an easy way to express love and care without having to say a word. 14. Laugh. Watch a funny movie or spend time with someone who has a good sense of humor. Laughing releases tension and has a natural ability to heal. 15. Cry. I dont like crying in front of people, but whenever I have an opportunity to slink away and cry by myself, I always feel better afterwards. Crying releases pain. 16. Read back over old emails or text messages, or listen to old voicemails. Whenever I feel dejected or bad about myself, I like to read kind emails and comments from my blog readers or listen to cute voicemails from my grandmother. Doing so reminds me that Im loved, thought about, and appreciated. 17. Reconnect with someone. Get back in touch with an old friend or a family member that you havent spoken to in awhile. Reconnecting with people almost always puts me in a good mood and fills my heart up with love. 18. Write yourself a letter. I try to separate myself from my ego and give myself a pep talk every now and then. Cicero said, Nobody can give you wiser advice than yourself. 19. Try a deep breathing exercise. There are all kinds of deep breathing exercises out there. Find one you like and do it whenever youre feeling stressed or overly emotional. 20. Cultivate gratitude. Practicing Genuine Gratitude on a daily basis has been a major source of healing in my life. When I step back and notice everything I have to be grateful for, it makes me feel like I have everything I need and that nothing is lacking. It makes me feel whole. 21. Re-watch a funny or inspiring YouTube video. I recommend Webcam 101 for seniors. That video cheers me up every time. There are so many funny and inspiring videos online. 22. Bake something. Baking has always been therapeutic and entertaining for me. Plus, I can eat whatever I baked and share it with others afterward. 23. Get out of the house. I work from home, so a large majority of my time is spent indoors, planted in front of my laptop. I have to make a point to get out every now and then, whether its to get some fresh air or go out to eat with a friend. 24. Focus on what truly matters to you. Sometimes I forget what matters to me and what isnt that important. Some things just arent worth getting too upset over. 25. Take a negative comment or situation and look for something positive about it. If someone says something negative to me or I get stuck in an unpleasant situation, sometimes it helps to look at it from a different angle. Perspective is everything. 26. Daydream. Take a mental vacation. Let your mind wander for a while. 27. Let some natural sunlight come in. Opening all the blinds and curtains and letting natural sunlight flood your home can help elevate your mood. 28. Take a mental health day. Sometimes we just need to take a day to clear our heads and nurture our souls. My mental health has a history of being a bit erratic, so nurturing it is a priority in my life. 29. Let go. This is a very simple mantra of mine. I usually say it to myself multiple times each day, which has been very liberating and empowering. 30. Read Tiny Buddha. And of course, you can always read Tiny Buddha! I personally love the quotes section. There is a category for almost every universal theme or emotion. Now tell me this :D A hug always helps so here you go :D

...See more 1. The Accent Of course years of experiencing increased sexual success the minute we touch foreign soil ensured that we as a clan, knew we had the sexiest accent in the world. 2. The Colloquialisms Only in Ireland can a phrase like Oh I will ya leave you in no doubt that this person will NOT do what you have asked. Only in Ireland can savage be considered a compliment or the weather can be cat. 3. Tayto Crisps Although Peter Stafford described them as awful bags of thin, oniony slices of disappointment, designed to get stuck between your teeth and make your beer taste funny. Irish people go on and on about Tayto. We know that Tayto are a national treasure. And the way we know that Tayto is better than any other crisp? Ask yourself the question, would I ever consider any other crisp in a sandwich? I rest my case. 4. The National Games The 5 national games in the Gaelic Athletic Association, Gaelic football, hurling, camogie, handball and rounders. (Really?)Our national games are indeed something to be proud of. Hurling is the fastest field game in the world and it caused Time magazine to describe golf as "a form of hurling modified by a more cautious race".Gaelic games are a life fixture, no longer just sport but a way of life.In many teenage Irish boys cases, watching them play GAA is the only time they felt their fathers were proud of them. and finally 5. The Irish Diaspora The Irish Diaspora contains over 80 million people. Thats roughly 13 times our own population. The fact that everyone wants to be considered one of us is indicative enough that it is MIGHTY to be Irish.
