...See more So, this week I've been riddled with depression. I can't do anything, I feel so worthless. I have reasons why I'm depressed but I just want to cope better than I am. I suffer with depression and anxiety very badly and when I get like this I'm in such a dark place. I just sit, doing almost nothing, I hardly eat, my mind is riddled with painful thoughts and I'm just in so much emotional agony right now, I just feel lost. Everything hurts and life is just so painful and I don't know how to cope. I get hurt so easily and so often and I feel pathetic. I try so hard but I seem so constantly be in pain, I don't know what to do...
