...See more Has anyone faced a similar problem? I'm 14, by the way. I've been feeling awful for a month now. I'm constantly crying, I have insomnia, and my head hurts. I either don't want to eat all day or I overeat. Sometimes I cry for no reason, and I can lie in bed all day doing nothing, only to feel extremely tired by the end of the day. My problem is that I consider myself disgusting because of my preferences, which my surroundings find revolting and cringe-worthy. I'm scared and don't tell anyone about it because I'm afraid of being rejected by society, and that my close ones will turn away from me. Also, because of the opinions of others, I see myself as defective because of my horrible preferences. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know what to do. I'm not sure if I can talk to a psychologist—I don't want to tell my mom, and I don't know what to do. Please help, this is probably the only way I can anonymously ask people for help. Please?
