I am here to lend a compassionate, empathetic hand (and an ear) to those of you who just need an open-minded, impartial person to stop and listen to what you so desperately need to say.
I have personal experience with anxiety, depression and eating disorders, therefore I understand how difficult it can seem to talk about these struggles, and how challenging the recovery process can be. But sharing what you are going through with someone can help ease that pain, it certainly helped me! I am not here to criticise or judge you for anything that you are going through. I am just here to listen, and to offer as much support as I am able.
