I have a very serious problem with mental health that keeps leading me back into addiction. I can be doing fine and something will just snap in my brain and I will go right back

...See more I've never actually been diagnosed with bipolar but I have friends that have been and they say I am most definitely bipolar bad but I was raised where you don't discuss your mental health issues with anyone if you know what I mean if anyone can lead me in the right direction I would very much appreciate it
