I am currently a senior in college studying psychology. I grew up in the Caribbean where mental health wasn’t really valued as much so I wanted to focus and bring awareness to mental health based on that diaspora. In my free time I like to listen to music of different genres, drawing as well as playing sudoku. Additionally, I value incorporating learned knowledges in combatting stress. For example digital detox as well as meditations. I would also consider myself as an advocate, curious as well as empathetic. I love learning about what motivates us as humans and in the future I would like to pursue a career in clinical psychology.
