I am a resident of Cottage Grove since 2003. I lived in the Bay Area my entire life before moving here. I was employed by AT&T for thirty years and, subsequently worked for corporate attorneys before relocating to CG.
I have been therapy for my own issues for a large part of my adult life. Which includes, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anorexia Nervousa, as well as anxiety. I am managing my mental health successfully and would like to try and support others with similar situations.
I have been retired for approximately 10 years and have available time and days for volunteering.
