...See more I get so frustrated that I can live life for so long with minimal anxiety or where I effectively manage my anxiety, but then it will resurface and it feels like anxiety has been my whole life and my whole life has sucked. No remember every anxious moment and time. Then I get made at myself for not controlling my anxiety and I get depressed.
