...See more This week has been a bad week. My anxiety has put me on edge every single day and I have no reason for it. That's something else that has caused me anxiety because not knowing why I'm anxious makes me anxious. I had a panic attack last night and I felt very alone in it. I'm lucky to have great supports but sometimes I feel isolated in these feelings because no one around me gets to such high levels of anxiety. I don't know. I just want Christmas break to come.
