Hello! I'm glad to be proud of 7cups and here to listen to you. I've overcome several things in life. I've overcome depression back in 2016 and put myself back into the path my heart wishes to lead. The journey of that path includes getting around stress, being physically active and a lot of daily emotions management, a lot of forgiving, believing and trusting oneself.
