I am glad you have found me on 7 cups of tea!
I am trained active listener, counselor and energy medicine therapist. I support people and work with them on issues that come in their way of a happy and fulfulling life. Issues like lifestyle related stress, Chronic pain, depression, anxiety, managing emotions, Teens and adolescent issues, relationships, grief are some of the areas that i have worked in.
I have overcome a lot of hurdles in life and having been in that place, my only focus is to hold your hand and empower you to overcome your hurdles.
