...See more Im almost always worrying about my health and the health of others. I hydrate, exercise, go to the doctors for check-ins and I still fall into these spirals of,"Oh my gosh, something is wrong with me." My newest near-malady is blood clots .....? Lol I started a new birth control, I'm a social smoker, and though I'm under 35 I know those things increase the risk of blood clots. I've been told it's probably not a huge deal. Anyway, I went to a metal show last night, and naturally my body is a bit sore, I had a great time. And somewhere around 3 am, the thought crept in .... What if this is not a regular bruise on my leg and it's a blood clot? Logically, this is probably not true. I'm not experiencing widespread redness, or tenderness. There's no swelling. I'm generally not anxious on planes, but I'm waiting to board and I'm doing my best not try cry at the thought of this being an actual blood clot then being stuck on a plane while I'm in pain or something. About a month ago, I had another weird what-if blood clot spiral so I know I can get through it but it's hard to know whether I'm ever actually experiencing an illness or if I'm being anxious. Like, right now I'm so nauseated, but is it food poisoning or anxiety? Lol. Thanks for the listen, feel free to share with me any similar anxiety things. ❤️
