I am 16 and have been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for the last few years.
I run Cross Country and Track.
I love traveling and have been to all 50 states
I mainly take topics of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and self-harm, but feel free to reach out about anything.
I currently don't take convos about relationship issues or sexual health, however, I will talk about sexual abuse.
I'm not educated about some conditions such as bipolar, BPD, and schizophrenia but I will talk about them if you want.
