my friend dropped her therapist and medications.. help

...See more my friend has bipolar 1. diagnosed last year after i recommended she seek help after i noticed her experiencing similar struggles to me (i also have bipolar 1). she got on medication and was proactively attending therapy and doing well on meds until she met her now bf and dropped everything. she is saying she is doing better than she was taking meds and doing therapy because of her bf's presence in her life. her recent behavior has led me to believe she is in a manic episode and may be in psychosis. i am genuinely worried for her, she will not listen to me and believes nothing is wrong but i have been through this with her before to know what is happening. i seriously dont know what to do

...See more my last relationship was awful. long story short, i was in short-term, but severely emotionally abusive relationship over a year ago that has left a huge dent in my self-esteem and overall mental wellbeing. i used to be very extroverted and trusting, but since this relationship, ive been recluse. i have been extremely socially anxious, depressed, untrusting and unable to date since. ive been watching my friends get into loving, stable relationships and cant help but want the same thing for myself. i dont know how to put myself out there or regain the confidence in myself that i once had. i dont know what to do
