...See more I finally reached out and got an ocd and severe anxiety diagnosis and now I have to wait weeks for my first therapy session and I am crumbling. I don’t know what to do, I want to meet my friends but I am too scared; leaving me house, touching things, being near people - my mind tells me I’ll die. Any suggestions on what I could do?
