...See more I attempted suicide for the fourth time in my life. This time hospitalization was involved. I have been diagnosed with bipolar 1. I have no experience with what this means aside from what I am being told by the medical professionals working with me. I start DBT Monday and it’s a group therapy setting. This makes me extremely nervous being that I have never participated in a group setting for therapy. I am all nerves and worry.
