...See more does anyone else suffer from depersonalization/derealization? i've been having these constant episodes for about 6 months (had a traumatic experience with thc and i have bad anxiety already) where i feel like i'm going insane, like i'm out of my body or in a simulation/coma (as crazy as it sounds). i feel numb and nothing feels real anymore. all i ever do is overthink the meaning of life and existence and everything, and i'm so tired of it. it's beyond scary and i don't even feel like myself anymore. i have panic attacks almost every night. i've tried to talk to people about this, but no one understands. not even my old therapist could fully get what i was saying. i need to know that i'm not alone in this :/
