...See more Hey everyone. I've been addicted to cutting for a few weeks now and i just told my mom. She's amazing, and after the initial shock and panic, she was really supportive. But what's next? I've told somebody, the urge to cut is still there. I don't want to get therapy because i absolutely hate talking about my emotions. I thought telling someone would stop me from cutting but it didn't. Now i'm regretting it.
