...See more Hi I'm in the process of a BPD diagnosis. My boyfriend, my friends etc have been told about this but..I don't feel like they understand. Today I had a big fight with my boyfriend because I can't explain the mood swings properly so it is frustrating for him. He doesn't seem to understand how powerless I feel when one second I feel amazing and the next I feel empty. I know it must be hard for him too. I feel like this will end our relationship soon if i cant get it across properly..Does anyone have any tips on how to best explain how it feels to have very intense emotions? Or any other symptoms of BPD?
