...See more I get bullied pretty often at school, harassed and intimidated, and I'm just so terrified all the time. if I'm in a public space and I'm not with someone I'm constantly anxious and on edge. I stick close to walls and in corners and I hate being in places where I can't find a quick exit and/or place to hide. I don't know if this can be considered agoraphobia or not but I need help very badly, so if anyone can please let me know

...See more I recently relapsed after five weeks clean, and nothing has really helped me. I was wondering if anyone had any lesser known prevention techniques? I also swear that a while ago I saw an ad for a pen with a slightly sharp tip and dark red ink to simulate the results without actually causing harm, but I've never been able to find it since so if anyone here knows where to find it please lmk <3
