I am a wife, a mother, and a big sister. I love to read, cross-stitch, hike and generally enjoy nature. I am spiritual person, though I am not of any particular faith. I know that I can overcome my GAD, persistent depression and chronic pain (Fibromyalgia) but some days are harder than others. I find it very helpful to talk these days out and see someone else's perspective of the situation.
