Hi Everyone! I'm Lily ✿
⠀⠀I started on 7cups when I was 16 and I am now a 22 year old studying psychology! I am a student, an employee, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, a girlfriend, a stranger and a friend. I have come along way in my self-care journey and hope I can help others make progress in theirs!
I have been through my fair share of issues, trouble in religion/spirutality, substance abuse, psychological disabilities (eg: depression, eating disorders, anxiety), have experienced family hardships and adoption, issues with weight and self esteem.
I am always hear to lend an ear for those in need and will do my best to make sure you feel supported and heard.
