...See more Most of my triggers I am able to find the source of the trigger, recognize my emotion and stop it. But this year I've had two set occassions that weren't normal. No matter what I did, who i talked to the craving wouldnt stopped. I felt slightly dissociated during these two events, because I couldnt stop it. I went on autopilot and it's scary one of my biggest triggers is when im feeling like I have zero control over my life, but these past two times I really ddint feel like I had control
