...See more Hi all, I'm curious if anyone has experience with positively dealing with work related stress, especially when it comes to teaching, or chronic illnesses. Both areas of my life are really stressful at the moment, and I could use a friend to talk to. I've gone through depression before and tend to be anxious, and I'm trying to work through these issues so I don't fall back into that dark space again. Hope to hear from you soon!
