...See more I started smoking when I was only 13 and I feel like there is no going back from that. also what started like a fun party thing now developed into an alcohol addiction. I'm still young and I feel worse by day and I can't stop. I just feel so free of worry and out of this reality every time I drink that now I can't imagine quitting. I disappointed my mom who had a traumatic childhood because of her alcoholic dad, and now she sees him in me. she tells me she is very disappointed in me and she dosent know why I always find a way to screw my life over. I don't know what to do at this point, I see no reason in quitting as that only makes my mental health worse, but I don't want my family to hate me.
