...See more hi im really struggling at the present time i have no help and support from mental health teams as well as BPD i also have agrophobia and depression the thing that im finding hard is not only christmas but over a month ago now a close family member was diagnoised with cancer so that was a bit of a hard blow to the family my daughter does what she can for me but she also suffers with mental health and she works and goes to university so she is only back with me 3 days out of 7 i did try to get a befriending service that i had before to come in so that i had somebody to talk to once a week but they have refused telling me im too high risk
