Hello and welcome to 7 Cups of Tea. I am a trained Active Listener and will listen to your concerns in a non judgemental manner . I understand issues such as Anxiety, Mental Health, Depression, family issues, amongst many other areas, but I understand that each person experiences things differently.
I am an avid writer, I enjoy reading , being out in the countryside and being around my family . I have taken beginner and intermediate courses in Counselling Skills, so I understand what active listening is about and I am used to hearing about a wide range of problems.
