...See more Hi! As 40 is rapidly approaching, I'm finally working on some mental health things going on in my life. 7 cups looks like such a safe space. I'm hoping to connect with some folks who've worked through similar issues. I still struggle with insecurities from an abusive relationship 25 years ago. I want to lose weight, but have no motivation to exercise more than once a month. Family stuff. And most recently, my elderly and aging parents are on the verge of making me shout at them. .... There's probably some other stuff, but those are the big ones. Anyway, hey 👋
