...See more I'm having a really difficult time and I could use some support. I met someone unexpectedly and developed very strong feelings for him. The connection felt real, intense, and meaningful to both of us. The problem is that he's already in a long-distance relationship. Recently, we had a very painful goodbye. We both cried, and since then I've been struggling to accept the situation. Part of me knows I should respect the boundary he asked for, but another part of me doesn't want to let go. I keep thinking about him, replaying our moments together, hoping things could somehow be different. We're still in touch as we kept on texting. Right now I'm feeling heartbroken, confused, and overwhelmed. He lives just 15 mins from me, but it feels like he's in another country with this decision, and this feeling is killing me inside. Do you think i should go see him and try to make it work? Should i just let go (which also too difficult)?
