...See more Hello 👋🏼 🫂 TRIGGER WARNING ️ I am not new here, I am returning to seek help, make friends, help people and listen 😊 I am 26, female, I live in England and I have a fiancé and we have a beautiful 3 year old son together. Is there anyone else from England on here? I have suffered mentally, going on 16 years knowingly, all of my life unknowingly. I had a traumatic childhood, i have repressed memories, ptsd, depression, anxiety. I have experience with SH, OD and sexual abuse. I have experience of narcissistic manipulation and other narcissistic behaviours and traits, emotional neglect, unmet needs. Let me make it clear, I am not a narcissist. My father was and damaged me and my 3 siblings and my mother to almost beyond repair... but im healing and im ready and committed to continue working my hardest to continue healing and breaking the generational curse. I want to make the world a better place and if that means bringing up my son to be kind, inclusive, accepting of others, unprejudiced, nonjudgemental and strong hearted and headed. Then thats what i will do. No females will ever be scared of my son because he will know to respect women, but also not put up with any disrespect towards himself, he will know to respect boundaries and he will have a huge understanding of mental health and our society today so he can make informed decisions and look after his own mental health healthily. This is what I wish for. I want to make the world a better place by helping people through their struggles, by letting people know that they are not alone. I want to help people. I want people to know they are loved and safe. I want people to know that when they believe that life isnt worth living, it really is and their absence would cause a huge hole of pain for the people left behind. I want people to know that they are worth living for. I want people to know that they are special in their own way, everyone has a purpose, everyone can work towards a goal in their own ways and in their own times. I want people to know that they are important. They are loved. They are safe. I want this because I know how it feels to not have someone advocate that for me, I know how it feels to feel that life isnt worth living for and no one would miss me. I know how it feels to feel lonely, misunderstood, unheard. I HEAR YOU. I UNDERSTAND. DONT GIVE UP. I AM BY YOUR SIDE. I LOVE YOU. I AM PROUD OF YOU. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WORTH LIVING FOR.
