My name is Leigha. I'm 22, an American student, and am living with Attention Deficit Disorder - Inattentive Type, Major Depressive Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I am hoping that mindfulness and the 7cups community will help me to become more balanced and calm in my everyday life.
