...See more For context, my long-term fiancé discarded me in December, leaving me broken and confused just weeks after moving in together. Since then, I have been on an emotional roller coaster dating several different men and using them as a coping mechanism to get over the last one. I found one I attached to really quickly and things were going really well until they weren’t and he called things off. A couple of weeks later, after a bad date, I got wasted with him and we hooked up, agreeing to be friends with benefits. After a pregnancy scare on Tuesday, he has cut off all contact with me and I feel like I’m being discarded all over again. I feel the obsessive thoughts consuming me and it’s exhausting and overwhelming. I don’t really know how to navigate it all.
