Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I am always willing to listen to whatever you need to chat about. I am also a registered occupational therapist with experience with children, young people, adults with physical and mental health challenges and more. I am also a yoga teacher, and enjoy dancing, singing, hanging out with friends and going on adventures.
