...See more Hi, I've been depressed for 7 years ( since 2009 ) and I feel that I can't think, I'm all days and everyday without thoughts, I can focus but I'm never aware of what I'm thinking 24/7 it seems that I do the things with randomness, I've been with psychiatrist and psychologist since 2009 and it never helped, and i've talked a lot about my thoughts problems. They only change my meds but nothing changes besides that. I've strong emotions but I don't know what I thought to have "x" emotion... basically at the moment I spend everyday on pc or bed, on pc I try to solve this problem, but never found the solution for it. I've been searching things like consciousness, subconsciousness and that stuff, everyday I end the day more confused, but I've the obsession to solve this thoughts problems and I feel like this isn't the correct way to solve it ( searching on internet but as it seems i've no choice ). I've changed sometimes the psychiatrist and psychologists nothing worked. Cheers.
