...See more i never know what to do when i have tactile sensations… or as a doctor would call it hallucinations. They are super gross and i never found a coping skill that worked. if anyone has gone through this too, let me know what has worked for you. i am on medication so i hope it gets better but it has been really bad lately.

...See more Has anyone ever had a strategy that works for them when they have a “flashback?” When I see images in my mind, I also seem to feel the emotion that I felt when it happened. I also never know if it’s a true flashback because I freeze all the time. (could be a trauma response)… what is trauma if you can’t remember it? If you read this… thank you.
