...See more Hello I’m new to 7cups. Just looking for support since I literally feel like I have none in my life. It’s really difficult having anxiety when everyone around you is telling you to “just get over it”. I don’t know if anyone here can relate but telling me to just get over it makes “it” worse. It’s so defeating.
