...See more I’m not entirely sure how much I’m supposed to share here, or how much I want to share in general, really. But I figured it’d be worth it to find more people like me. Especially since I am so freaking lost at the moment!!… To start, I’m 15. Recently, I was diagnosed with CPTSD + BPD traits and I feel like the symptoms are just getting worse in spite of me going to somatic therapy and my dbt group. The worst part is half the time I can’t even identify my triggers, and I don’t really know what all made me this way if that makes ANY sense. I find keeping close relationships very difficult because I’m never open enough and when I am it is too much for my peers or unintentionally “edgy” I just wanted to know how others deal with/have dealt with this, and if anyone else has struggled with the therapies I’ve mentioned, did it ever get easier? I am very tired of feeling this way and it’s quite literally only the beginning. I want friends who I don’t feel alienated with, people who can actually understand me without sugar coating anything or trying to “fix me”. But it’s starting to feel impossible.
