...See more Ummm....Hi all. I'm lostspirit8801. I'm new here. I used to go see an actual psychiatrist because of my anger issues. I wasn't actually diagnosed with anything because I was only about 5 sessions in when the pandemic hits and I got to let myself off the hook. The psychiatrists are awesome but I hate the part where I had to round and round looking for a parking spot and then the endless waiting to see the doctors (top I wait is one hour, one hour that I could spent in the comfort of my own home or doing my job). I have since are more in control of my emotion but there's some big change in my life this few months and I started to feel overwhelmed again. I don't really want to vent to people I know lest I have to go to the hospital again, so here I am.
