Louise was such a lovely person who had lots of empathy,she listened to me rant and gave me some techniques too that I could try, she was very good at calming me I went in a very distressed place but she managed to get me out of it even though the pain is still there she helped me and she understood me a lot would recommend to anyone thank you Louise !! Xx
