...See more hi! so some quick information about me! im almost 14, and have struggled with social anxiety issues most of my life. every summer, me and my mom try and take a trip to spain to see some family, which means getting on a plane for 9 hours. normally, these go by smoothly and it's no big deal, but last summer is when things started going down hill for my mental health. we were only about 30 minutes into the flight when the woman directly beside me started going into cardiac arrest. she wasn't breathing/responding and we had to turn the plane around. they were doing everything they could to keep her alive and unfortunately i had to watch the whole thing and hold used medical supppies. in the end i ended up witnessing a death. i feel awful for her family and i'm so sad nothing more could be done to help her. :( nothing really happened directly after this incident but recently with the quarantine, i've been having severe flash backs which make me spiral into a panic. it's keeping me from sleeping and i don't even know what triggers it. i'm trying to better myself everyday but it's been hard. hopefully 7cups can help me :)
