I don't want you to think I am turning you away because I don't want to talk to you. It's just that we are not trained to handle it and I want you to get the best help that you can.
Please don't get into "You don't really care about me" debates with me. I'm here because I care, I'm not getting paid, and if you really don't believe that, I don't think I'll be able to convince you otherwise.
